Nesma Security Company has received the Letter of Award for a two-year framework agreement with Sports Boulevard Foundation, with a total contract value of SAR 114.6 million, to provide integrated security operations services across locations in Riyadh.

The scope extends beyond conventional guarding to include static and mobile security operations, Security Operations Centers, CCTV monitoring, access control, visitor management, patrols, incident response, emergency support and security reporting. The project is expected to involve approximately 450 Saudi security personnel across a range of operational and supervisory roles.

Technology will play a key role in the project, integrating field security teams with surveillance systems, communications, body-worn cameras, tracking systems and digital reporting platforms. The project will also provide training and knowledge transfer, strengthening the team's capabilities in large-scale urban security, command-and-control operations and coordinated emergency response.

The award reflects Nesma Security’s continued development in delivering integrated, technology-enabled security operations and strengthens its experience in supporting major projects across the Kingdom.

Nesma Esports (NES) strengthened its international presence through two major projects, delivering fan experiences for the Esports World Cup 2026 in Paris and the official Arabic broadcast of The International 2026 in Shanghai.

At the EWC Fan Festival, NES delivered multiple zones and activations over seven weeks, generating an estimated 150,000 to 250,000+ fan engagements. Around 15 to 25 activations and zones were delivered in collaboration with club, publisher and festival partners, with 20 NES team members on the ground and up to 200 additional staff during peak weeks. The project marked NES’s first Fan Festival delivery in a new international market and its biggest commercial project to date.

NES also served as the official Arabic broadcast partner for The International 2026, delivering 111 hours of Arabic coverage across the group stage and playoffs. A team of 16 Arabic-speaking talent and production specialists supported the broadcast across Twitch, TikTok, YouTube and Kick, alongside talent management and social media operations.

The projects demonstrate NES’s expanding capabilities across international esports production, fan experiences, broadcast operations, localization, talent management and digital media.

Play Cinemas launched its #PlayItSmart campaign on July 30, introducing a new brand platform built around the idea that enjoying a premium cinema experience is about making smarter choices, not simply spending more.

Running through the end of August, the campaign combines digital engagement with three online-exclusive offers: the Play It Smart Combo for SAR 35, Share It Combo for SAR 65 and Crew Combo for SAR 120. It also extends across social media through interactive content, competitions, giveaways and ongoing audience engagement.

The campaign has generated 11.5 million impressions and significant audience growth across platforms, with Instagram alone reaching 4.04 million people. Beyond its current campaign period, #PlayItSmart is intended to continue as a long-term communication platform, bringing Play Cinemas’ offers, content, customer engagement and digital experiences under one consistent brand message.

Nesma Infrastructure & Technology (NIT) strengthened its technology position through three key developments. The company received the Gold Vendor Technical Classification Certificate from the Digital Government Authority, recognizing its capabilities across software, ICT consulting, data center support and network and communications services.

NIT also participated in the Huawei Elite Partner Summit: Partners Visit Huawei 2026 in Shenzhen, where the delegation met with Huawei global leaders, explored the company’s campus and R&D Center and joined sessions focused on AI and industry innovation.

In addition, NIT highlighted its strategic vision during an interview with Xinhua News Agency, showcasing more than 35 years of experience across data centers, artificial intelligence, energy infrastructure, telecommunications, IT and specialized engineering services in support of Saudi Vision 2030.

Mawaddah Hotels Int'l Group has begun implementing the Amadeus iHotelier Full Bundle across its Jayden hotels following the signing of the agreement with Amadeus Hospitality. The first phase includes Jayden Madinah Hotel and Jayden Masar Hotel, with full implementation expected within six to eight weeks.

The integrated platform will centralize reservations, distribution and guest management while introducing branded bilingual booking websites, real-time availability and enhanced digital guest engagement. The initiative supports Mawaddah's strategy to strengthen direct bookings, improve operational efficiency and establish a scalable technology platform for future Jayden properties.

Play Cinemas celebrated its first anniversary on June 4, 2026, marking a year of growth, expansion and community engagement. Since opening its first branch at Al Jameah Plaza in Jeddah in June 2025, Play Cinemas has expanded to three locations, including Dhahran and Dammam, welcoming more than 500,000 guests during its first year.

Nesma United Industries (NUI) has been awarded the KCRI Campus Operation & Maintenance Contract by King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), with a duration of three years and an option to extend for an additional two years.

Under the contract, NUI will provide maintenance, operations, cleaning, waste management, pest control and workplace services for the KCRI Campus, Development Nursery, Marine Operations and Primary Nursery sites located at NEOM Haddah Beach.

The award reflects NUI’s operational excellence, technical expertise, and proven capabilities in delivering integrated facilities management services across complex environments, further strengthening its position within the facilities management sector.

Namma Cargo Services Co. Ltd. has been awarded the HADEED Door-to-Door Freight Forwarding Contract with a total value of SAR 270 million, marking a significant step in strengthening the company’s international logistics and freight forwarding operations.

The contract covers end-to-end freight forwarding and logistics services, with expected annual volumes ranging between 6,000 and 8,000 TEUs, more than 2,000 airfreight shipments and multiple oversize and heavy cargo movements. Following the award, Namma Cargo and Saudi Iron and Steel Company held an implementation meeting focused on system integration, operational alignment and activation planning in coordination with global logistics partner GEODIS.

The project further reinforces Namma Cargo’s position within the logistics sector and highlights its capability to manage large-scale industrial supply chain operations.

Nesma Concrete Solutions successfully designed, supplied, and delivered retaining wall (MSE) systems for the NEOM Trojena Project, supporting slope stability and structural integrity across the mountainous terrain. The company also secured “Code A” approval from NEOM in collaboration with PPCO, confirming full compliance with the project’s technical and quality standards and reinforcing its engineering and manufacturing capabilities in delivering complex infrastructure solutions.

In Riyadh, Nesma Concrete Solutions supplied approximately 48,000 square meters of Grass Interlock pavers for the Jawharat Mall Project, one of the capital’s major commercial and entertainment developments. The permeable paving solution supports sustainability objectives through improved drainage, natural grass growth and reduced urban heat impact.

Nesma Infrastructure & Technology (NIT) has signed two separate contracts with Saudi Energy for substation projects in the Eastern Region and Dawadmi.

The first project involves the replacement of Abqaiq Substation 49 (230/69kV), valued at over SAR 250 million, with a duration of 25 months. The scope of the project includes the replacement of the existing substation infrastructure at Abqaiq. The project supports grid reliability, power distribution efficiency and the ongoing modernization of the Kingdom’s energy infrastructure.

The second project involves the construction of the 132/33 kV Rafaya Substation (SS#8611) in Dawadmi, replacing the existing SS#8601, with a value exceeding SAR 130 million and a duration of 24 months. The scope includes developing a new substation facility that will take over and enhance the function of the current infrastructure. The project supports the modernization and strengthening of the Kingdom’s electrical network infrastructure.

Nesma Security has been awarded a new contract with MODON in April 2026 to provide security services across industrial cities in the central region of Saudi Arabia.

The three-year contract, valued at SAR 92 million, covers 14 industrial cities including Riyadh, Al Kharj, Sudair, Qassim, Az Zulfi, Shaqra, Dhurma, Hail and Al Janadriyah, in addition to the Saudi National Center for Archives & Records. The project involves deploying 200 employees across multiple locations, with 24/7 coverage of city gates based on MODON requirements.

The project reflects the scale and importance of supporting strategic industrial areas and operating in line with MODON’s high security standards.

Mawaddah Int’l Group for Hotels and Umrah Services has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Benan Musanada Company to explore collaboration in the development and operation of hospitality assets in Saudi Arabia.

The agreement establishes a framework to evaluate opportunities aligned with the JAYDEN hospitality platform, with Benan focusing on real estate development and Mawaddah leading hotel management and operations.

Namma Cargo Services has begun operations at the iHerb Global Distribution Center in Saudi Arabia following its official inauguration. The project marks a major step in establishing the Kingdom as a regional hub for e-commerce fulfillment.

Nesma invested in the development and construction of the facility, while Namma Cargo jointly operates the distribution center with CJ Logistics, managing middle-mile logistics and warehouse operations. The fully automated fulfillment center operates 24/7 with an optimized capacity of up to 35,000 packages per day, serving markets across the Middle East and other international regions.

In a milestone that further strengthens NUI’s role in the Kingdom’s major transformational projects, Nesma United Industries has signed a two-year master framework agreement to deliver operation and maintenance services for King Salman International Airport.

The agreement will support critical operational activities across the airport’s expanding infrastructure. Located in Riyadh, the airport is planned to span approximately 57 square kilometers and feature six parallel runways, with a target capacity of up to 120 million passengers annually by 2030—positioning it among the largest airports in the world and a major global aviation hub supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 ambitions.

This agreement marks an important step in reinforcing NUI’s position as a trusted operational partner in high-performance environments, while reflecting continued confidence in its technical expertise and service capabilities.

Spacemaker has started 2026 with strong momentum through several major modular construction projects across the Kingdom, reinforcing its position as a trusted partner for large-scale developments.

Tahakom Project
Spacemaker is currently constructing and installing three modular operation centers in Dammam, Makkah and Riyadh. Each facility will serve as a centralized hub supporting real-time monitoring, surveillance systems and integrated operational management. The project involves approximately 327 modules across the three buildings and is scheduled for completion within six months.

Qiddiya Project
Spacemaker is also manufacturing and delivering 21 prefabricated modular units for the Qiddiya staff accommodation project in Riyadh, supporting operational personnel for the Six Flags entertainment park. The project is expected to be completed within one year and the first modular unit has already been successfully delivered to the project site.

SILZ Project
Spacemaker has completed the design, fabrication, supply and installation of four modular units for the SILZ project in Riyadh. The scope included project management offices and operational facilities delivered using advanced modular construction solutions to meet operational requirements while maintaining efficiency and project timelines.

Company to replace 132kV underground cable circuits in the Central Operating Area.

Valued at over SAR 160 million, the 24-month project includes engineering, procurement
and construction works in line with SEC standards.

Nesma Orbit has opened a new flagship showroom in Rawdah District, Jeddah, featuring
premium porcelain tiles, natural stones and sanitary fixtures. A grand opening is planned
after Ramadan.
In Riyadh, the company secured a partnership with Fidwah Company to supply over
10,000 square meters of porcelain tiles for the Jarir Headquarters Tower, with 6,000
square meters already delivered to support the construction schedule.

Namma Cargo Services Co. Ltd., Al Khobar Branch, successfully completed two major project cargo operations, highlighting its heavy-lift expertise.
In Jubail, the team transported an 18.25-meter, 52-ton NG Saturator to Al Razi Plant within one day, managing all required permits and special transport arrangements. In Dammam, Namma Cargo handled the clearance and delivery of 48 ODC reels to the Fadhili Gas Project, completing the operation safely despite challenging conditions.

The Jubail–Buraydah Independent Water Transmission Project, developed with Nesma’s participation, has been awarded the 2025 Middle East and Africa PPP Deal of the Year by PFI. The recognition highlights the project’s strategic importance, innovative financing structure and contribution to strengthening regional water infrastructure, marking a significant industry-led achievement for Nesma and the project team.
