Nesma also contributes to the national Saudization program by hiring and training Saudis while working closely with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF). In addition, we provide
our own in-house educational and training opportunities in the Kingdom and abroad.
At Nesma, we believe in recruitment at an early stage and we consider the growing number of youth in the Kingdom to be a viable resource for innovation and originality. We also continually

In Full Support of Saudization
Between 2006 and 2009, and in partnership with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), Nesma & Partners Contracting Co. Ltd. trained
and hired around 1,500 young Saudis for various technical and administrative
jobs in the company. The training and recruitment process encompassed 7 separate agreements signed between Nesma & Partners and the HRDF, a signal of our commitment to working with the government to increase the number of Saudis in the private sector. |
